Acne conglobata and cystic acne…?

I have always had bad acne since I was 10 yrs. old, and now I am 16. I’ve used all the OTC stuff, and doxycycline, minocycline, differin, tretionin(Retion-A) and others. They will help for a while, but not that great, and it will always comes back. Lately I have been getting big cysts and nodules, under my skin, right now i have about 25 and one is forming(OUCH!!) Some have been there for a few months. I am going to the dermatologist, again soon, in about a week. But I also had two cysts, on my chin that were connected under my skin. I would touch one, and pus and stuff would come out of the other. I was really freaked out, and never heard of it. I googled “interconnected cysts” and he only thing I found was, a severe for of acne, called acne conglobata. I have really bad acne, but only one occurrence, of the connected cysts, so do I have a case of acne conglobata, and what do I do, and also what should I tell my derm.? Any one have any similar problem?

Accutane works fantastic when everything else fails. I found that the SkinID from Neutrogena worked way way better than Proactive though.
