Does salt water actually clear up acne ?

I am planning on making a home made face wash using either table salt or sea salt mixed with water
Is this good for my skin and will it clear it up without over drying it ?

I wouldn’t use salt all over the face…just try applying it to the acne. It is much to harsh to use as an everyday cleanser. If your skin dries out it will cause you to get even more breakouts and I think thats the last thing you want.
