Help With Acne Redness?

i had this pimple in between my eyebrows, ,and after i popped it it left a lil red mark. then i tried using 2.0% Sylic acid and that just made it a big red spot and it sorta peeled? . so what can i do now like, home remedies and stuff?

and the one thing i dont have at my house it a lemon.. lol.

use lemon it helps
it may sting a little but it helps my acne close up and clear up right away.
just cut one in half and scrub.
